What Youll Do:- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within scope of practice.
- Assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Delegate and supervise tasks, ensuring efficient team collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
What You Need:- Valid RN license in the state of Florida
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
