What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within scope of practice.
  • Assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Delegate and supervise tasks, ensuring efficient team collaboration.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
  • Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in condition.

What You Need:
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
