What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Delegate and coordinate activities with licensed and ancillary team members
- Educate patients and families, fostering understanding and compliance
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit goals
What You Need:- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
- Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations
