What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards
  • Participate in unit activities aligned with departmental goals
  • Document and report patient status accurately and timely
  • Support a culture of safety, diversity, and continuous improvement

What You Need
  • Active Florida RN license and BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools
  • Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area
