What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards
  • Assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
  • Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively
  • Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient outcomes and promote positive change
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Support the unit and departmental goals through teamwork and commitment
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license in Florida
  • 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Strong computer and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
