What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards
- Assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
- Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively
- Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient outcomes and promote positive change
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and regulatory standards
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions
- Support the unit and departmental goals through teamwork and commitment
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Florida
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong computer and communication skills
Preferred:- Certification in a clinical specialty area
