Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric medical/surgical patients
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain accurate electronic health documentation
  • Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
  • Active Montana RN license (or eligibility)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtain within six months)
  • Strong foundational nursing and IV therapy skills

Preferred

  • Medical/Surgical or Pediatric nursing experience
  • New graduates and nurses transitioning specialties are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually
