What You’ll Do:

  • Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Support patient education and discharge planning
  • Uphold professional standards and promote a positive patient experience

What You Need:
  • Required: Louisiana RN license, BLS certification, 2+ years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical
  • Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty, additional certifications
  • Key Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, cultural sensitivity
