Certifications/Licenses:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation 
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS 
  • RN License for state AZ.
Mandatory Experience:
  • RN Med/Surg
  • 2+ Years of experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.  
  • EMR Used: Allscripts
