Certifications/Licenses:
  • BSN Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. 
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only
  • RN license for state OH required 
Mandatory Experience:
  • RN Med Surg/Tele
  • 1-2 years Med Surg or Tele experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year Med Surg Tele experience.
  • Must have a higher level of proficiency due to the complexity of the med/surg unit.
  • EMR Used EPIC
