Shift: Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts
 
Pay Rate:

• Local: $65/hr on W2
• Travel:  $2,450.69/Weekly (Stipends: $1,442.69 included)

 
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology patients, administer chemotherapy, monitor treatment responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for oncology patients.
• Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate updates to physicians and the care team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding cancer treatments, medications, symptom management, and discharge planning.
• Perform ongoing assessments and manage treatment-related side effects and complications.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Float to other units within scope of competency as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe patient care environment.

 
Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Colorado or Compact license
• Chemotherapy Certification (ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy) – Required
• Previous Med/Surg Oncology experience – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required.
