RN Med/Surg

The Med Surgical RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for unit patients.

• Plan, implement, revise and delegate nursing care
• Perform necessary technical skills as delineated through education, expertise, and unit requirements

• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice

6 South is a fast-paced 23-bed acute medical/surgical unit. You will provide care to a diverse adult patient population, including ortho, diabetic, bowel, NG tubes, wounds, and simple surgeries.

Qualifications:

• BSN Required

• Texas RN license or compact license is accepted

• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

• Must have at least one (1) year of Recent Med-Surg RN experience in an acute care hospital

Salary Range: $27.35 - $43.95

Sign on bonus UP TO $7,500

Relocation assistance available UP TO $3,000

Shift Differentials included for Nights and Weekends (to be discussed during your interview with the Hiring Manager)
