Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent RN degree
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years management or director-level RN experience, with strong background in acute care and long-term care (LTC)
  • Other Requirements: Ability to perform administrative tasks and floor support, flexibility to on-call shifts, excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care within the hospital setting.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as staffing schedules, resource allocation, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist on the floor as needed, supporting clinical staff during peak times or emergencies to maintain seamless patient care.
