Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an RN Manager, Operating Room on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization in Portland, Oregon. This nurse leader is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services, including all clinical and operational activities. The role leads a team of more than 160 staff, supported by Assistant RN Managers, and calls for a strong leader who is comfortable with 50-hour work weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operating room unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
  
• Direct all clinical and operational activities to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.
  
• Manage, develop, and engage a team of more than 160 staff in partnership with Assistant RN Managers.
  
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership, including extended hours (approximately 50-hour weeks) as needed.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license, required upon hire.
  
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
  
• 3 years of clinical experience.
  
• Recent first-line nursing management experience.
  
• Strong leadership skills.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 to $210,000 per year.
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus.
