RN Manager – Neuro/Trauma Progressive Care Unit

We're seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee a specialized Progressive Care Unit caring for patients with complex neurological and trauma-related conditions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Support and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management
• Round on patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
• Lead quality initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts
• Participate in hiring, evaluations, and staff development
• Assist with budgeting, supplies, and departmental operations
