    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead a mixed-shift Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of daily unit operations, staffing, and clinical outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee daily ICU operations, staffing, and patient flow

    • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices

    • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and patient safety

    • Monitor clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards

    • Coordinate interdisciplinary care across departments

    • Manage admissions, discharges, and throughput efficiency

    • Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and competency alignment

    • Manage unit budget, supplies, and equipment; identify cost-saving opportunities

    • Support staff engagement, development, and performance accountability

    • Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and family experience

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program

    • Active RN license in Florida or Compact State

    • 3+ years of recent Acute Care leadership experience
      (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Nurse Manager)

    • BLS and ACLS required upon hire

    • ADN required | BSN preferred

    • No visa sponsorship available
