Overview

Education
Minimum: BSN
Preferred: BSN or MSN
Experience:
Minimum: RN with 5 years of clinical experience and 2 years Case Mgmt
Preferred: 1 year leadership experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: RN
Preferred: RN; CCM; ACM
