Description:
SNF RN with minimum 2 years of experience. BLS and current NYS license required. Every other weekend required. 5/8s; must be able to work at least 4/8s. Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a *** decreased bill rate*** The facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. Must be able to work holidays.
Requirements:

Unit Details:
-Matrixcare charting -Travel experience required; preferably showing renewals. -Facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. -Must be able to manage PICC lines. -Minimum 1 year supervisory LTC experience required.
