Job Description:

Mercury Group Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RNs) for local contract positions in Albuquerque, NM and Bloomfield, NM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities.

• Assess residents' health conditions and develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document residents' progress and responses to treatments.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting.

• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
