Rn/Lpn

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will work closely with residents, families, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred, but candidates with other clinical backgrounds may be considered.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
• BLS certification preferred/required.
• Experience with PointClickCare or another electronic medical record (EMR) is a plus.
