WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO As the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical Care Coordinator/Charge Nurse you will coordinate and oversee resident care, ensuring quality clinical outcomes through assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff. You will also provide leadership and supervision to nursing support staff while maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
