Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RN dedicated to providing quality care to our residents.

Pay: Starting at $45.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active California RN license.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care.
