Pay: $65–$70/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Day Shifts

Calling All Passionate Lactation Consultants!

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) –International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join a dedicated Maternity team in Forest Hills, Queens!

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about maternal-child health, breastfeeding education, and empowering new mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• 
  Provide hands-on breastfeeding education, guidance, and support to new mothers.
  
• 
  Assess breastfeeding techniques, identify challenges, and develop individualized care plans.
  
• 
  Educate mothers and families on proper latching, milk supply, positioning, and newborn feeding.
  
• 
  Conduct daily maternity discharge education classes to prepare families for a successful transition home.
  
• 
  Complete breastfeeding assessments and review clinical documentation using EPIC EMR.
  
• 
  Collaborate with maternity nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive maternal and newborn outcomes.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  Active New York State RN License
  
• 
  IBCLC Certification –REQUIRED
  
• 
  Current BLS Certification
  
• 
  NRP –Essentials Certification
  
• 
  Strong patient education and communication skills
  
• 
  Passion for maternal and newborn care
  

FLEXIBLE WEEKDAY SCHEDULE!

Monday–Friday with shift options:

• 
  8: 00 AM –4: 00 PM
  
• 
  9: 00 AM –5: 00 PM
  
• 
  10: 00 AM –6: 00 PM
