Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labour and delivery.
Administer medications and provide appropriate nursing care.
Support and coach mothers during labour and childbirth.
Assist with deliveries and provide immediate post-partum care.
Care for newborns and educate families on infant care.
Provide nursing support in the operating room (OR), including functioning as a baby nurse.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow established clinical protocols

Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of Labour and Delivery nursing experience.
Experience providing care to mothers and newborns.
Ability to work night shifts and complete three 12-hour shifts per week.
Comfortable working in an operating room setting and providing newborn care.
Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
