RN IMU PCU - Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 7p-7a/Rotating Weekends

This frontline leadership position is strategically tailored to attract high-caliber IMU, PCU, Stepdown, and Med-Tele RNs who are ready to combine advanced bedside expertise with shift operations, patient throughput coordination, and staff mentorship. Working within our high-acuity stepdown and intermediate care units, you will oversee comprehensive progressive care services—including continuous telemetry monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and complex vasoactive drip titrations. As a full-service facility, our commitment to superior cardiac, stroke, and progressive care outcomes is demonstrated through elite national distinctions. Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing all daily functions and operations within the department during the designated shift.
• Directs, evaluates, and monitors nursing care in collaboration with the management team to ensure strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Serves as a vital resource person for the clinical team, modeling organizational values to support departmental performance and an unparalleled patient experience.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
• Current BLS, and ACLS issued from American Heart Association required
• 1 year of clinical IMU, PCU, Med-Tele experience as a licensed RN in a hospital required.
