    Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 7p-7a/Rotating Weekends

This frontline leadership position is strategically tailored to attract high-caliber IMU, PCU, Stepdown, and Med-Tele RNs who are ready to combine advanced bedside expertise with shift operations, patient throughput coordination, and staff mentorship. Working within our high-acuity stepdown and intermediate care units, you will oversee comprehensive progressive care services—including continuous telemetry monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and complex vasoactive drip titrations. As a full-service facility, our commitment to superior cardiac, stroke, and progressive care outcomes is demonstrated through elite national distinctions. We are proud to be the only hospital in Pasadena recognized by the American College of Cardiology as an accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation, alongside being a certified Primary Stroke Center.     Job Summary and Qualifications

    What you will do in this role:

    • Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing all daily functions and operations within the department during the designated shift.
    • Directs, evaluates, and monitors nursing care in collaboration with the management team to ensure strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
    • Serves as a vital resource person for the clinical team, modeling organizational values to support departmental performance and an unparalleled patient experience.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
    • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
    • Current BLS, and ACLS issued from American Heart Association required
    • 1 year of clinical IMU, PCU, Med-Tele experience as a licensed RN in a hospital required.
