What You’ll Do:
Provide coordinated nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies
Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
Participate in discharge planning and patient education to promote continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
BLS/CPR certification required
ACLS certification required
Acute care experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
