What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Use the nursing process effectively to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation using electronic health records, including EPIC documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members about care plans and procedures
• Adapt nursing behaviors to meet the diverse needs of patients and their families
• Demonstrate professionalism and good judgment in high-pressure situations

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN License in Louisiana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, ICU experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Certification in clinical specialty areas
• Strong communication and computer skills
