What Youll Do- Provide high-quality care to ICU patients, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
- Use the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Manage and delegate nursing team resources effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)
- Follow safety protocols, including infection control and handling communicable materials
What You Need- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficient computer skills and proficiency in healthcare software
