• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse with ICU and Epic documentation experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $54.31 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized ICU patient care, adapting to diverse patient needs and privacy standards
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Educate patients and families, tailoring communication and teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Document care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Manage resources efficiently while serving as a team leader and partner

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with Epic documentation
• BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
• Good judgment, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
