Compensation & Incentives:
- Pay Range: UP to $48/hr. (based on experience)
- Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr.
- Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: Case by case
What You’ll Do:
As a CVICU RN, you’ll play a critical role in caring for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered critical care
- Monitoring ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
- Administering IV medications, drips, blood products, and advanced therapies
- Performing continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring
- Collaborating with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families throughout treatment and recovery
- Maintaining accurate EMR documentation
- Participating in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years in ICU/Critical Care or strong PCU experience REQUIRED
- Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required
- BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- TNCC or CCRN certification required within 1 year
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
