What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care in an ICU setting for adult patients
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans using the nursing process
- Educate patients and their families about treatments and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and other electronic health records
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Respond effectively in emergency situations and support patient advocacy
What You Need:- Current RN license in Mississippi
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (valid within the past 12 months)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and maintain professionalism
