What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning
Supervise and delegate patient care activities to nursing and ancillary staff
Promote patient safety and maintain a compassionate, healing environment
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
BSN preferred
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
