Makes administrative decisions, collaborates with the Nursing Directors and other departments, ensures patient and staff safety, and oversees the functioning of the organization. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Provides overall supervision of the organization in collaboration with and in the absence of the administrative/executive team.
