Shift: Night | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate:
Local: $90–$103/hr
Traveler: $90–$103/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Required
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care supervision experience — Required
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience coordinating nursing operations and clinical staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an acute-care hospital environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing supervision and leadership across the hospital during assigned shifts
• Coordinate patient-care activities and support safe and efficient nursing operations
• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff and clinical personnel
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support staffing, patient flow, and operational needs throughout the facility
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and patient-safety requirements
• Assist with clinical and operational issues during the shift
• Maintain effective communication and documentation related to patient care and hospital operations
