    RN House Supervisor- Full-Time 
     
    River Garden is recruiting a registered nurse with supervisory experience to join our care team.     What We Are Looking For:
    • Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problems-solving ability.
    • Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting, geriatric setting preferred, one year supervisory or management experience.
    • An active RN License within the state of Florida.
    • Recent clinical experience, preferably in a geriatric setting.
    What You Will Cover:
    • Managing and supervising staff on assigned shift. (ie. Participating in the orientation of new employees)
    • Participates in the management of resident care 
    • Demonstrates appropriate and safe work practices and behaviors.
    • Explaining and interpreting resident care issues to families, residents and staff.
    • Identify changes in residents status and intervenes based clinical judgment as well as MD orders.
     
    Position Status: Full-Time
