What You'll Do

? Lead the patient journey by conducting initial assessments and creating personalized care plans

? Deliver hands-on, high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism

? Be a trusted guide for patients and families-educating, supporting, and advocating every step of the way

? Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care

? Provide emotional support and help families navigate complex decisions with confidence

? Supervise and mentor care team members, ensuring the highest standards of care

? Keep care plans on track with timely, accurate documentation

? Step in when it matters most, including after-hours support

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas

1+ year of RN experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Willingness to travel and take after-hours calls

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical job duties

Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

WTRC opened in 1953, is a nationally respected outpatient physical rehabilitation facility. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life of those we serve regardless of financial circumstances. Our Vision is to be the premier provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in the West Texas area and continue to serve as a regional referral center through the provision of our comprehensive outpatient services.
