We have been trusted to identify an RN Hospice Administrator for a hospice organization seeking a leader who can bring clinical excellence and strong operational discipline to its local team. They are ready for your care.

This leader will oversee day-to-day hospice operations, support responsible growth, and ensure patients and families receive timely, compassionate care. The Administrator will work closely with clinical, business development, and regional leaders to build a strong team, amazing partnerships, and maintain high standards for quality, compliance, and patient experience.

The impact you’ll make

  • Lead hospice operations, including clinical service delivery, staffing, financial performance, and team development.
  • Create a culture where patients and families feel supported and employees have the tools to provide excellent care.
  • Partner with business development and referral sources to improve access to hospice for eligible patients.
  • Oversee, with clinical leadership, the admissions, care planning, documentation, and appropriate utilization of hospice services.
  • Monitor quality measures, patient and family feedback, and operational results; turn findings into clear improvement plans.
  • Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state hospice requirements.
  • Hire, coach, and retain compassionate hospice professionals
  • Manage budgets and resources in a way that supports both sustainable performance and patient needs.

What you bring

  • An active RN license
  • Hospice leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Medicare hospice requirements and the interdisciplinary model of care.
  • The ability to lead a team, use performance data, and collaborate effectively with growth and regional partners.
  • Experience managing a hospice program or branch is strongly preferred.
