We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care for our patients. As a RN at Family Life care, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home. FLC is proud to serve our entire community from children to senior citizens.You will have the opportunity to choose from various assignments, such as patient case manager, long-term care or assisting with recovery from an injury or illness. FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs.The primary duties of an RN at FLC are:Patient assessment, admission, and coordination of care with other disciplines, physicians and care managersProvide Nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and with company policies and proceduresProvide Nursing services in a pleasant, professional manner to maximize positive outcomes and patient satisfactionEnsure that all clinical assessments, care plans, starting and resumption of care are completed with agency guidelines.
