FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs.The primary duties of an RN at FLC are:Patient assessment, admission, and coordination of care with other disciplines, physicians and care managersProvide Nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and with company policies and proceduresProvide Nursing services in a pleasant, professional manner to maximize positive outcomes and patient satisfactionEnsure that all clinical assessments, care plans, starting and resumption of care are completed with agency guidelines. Must be deadline drivenTrain, Coach and Direct clinical staff in the performance of their clinical duties.
