Position Overview
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Orange County/Orlando, Florida. 

Schedule & Work Details
• Coverage Areas: Orange County/Orlando, FL
• Schedule: Full-time
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Weekend Requirement: None
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
• Pay Rate: $51.00 - $53.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing services, comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, chronic disease management, and other clinical interventions to support patient care in the home.
• Complete accurate OASIS documentation and maintain timely, compliant clinical records using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Manage complex clinical needs, including wound vacs, PleurX drains, Foley catheters, and IV therapy, while providing patient and caregiver education.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, manage assigned caseloads, and support quality outcomes and continuity of care.

Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous home health nursing experience.
• Experience with wound vacs, PleurX drains, Foley catheter management, and IV management.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and OASIS requirements.
• Experience managing a home health patient caseload.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting and adapt to changing patient census and staffing needs.
