JOB DETAILS:- Role: RN – Home Health

- Location: 1124 Washington Blvd, Newcastle, WY 82701
- Shift: Days 5x8s (8A-5P) M-F 40Hrs a week
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Option to extend)
Job Description:
Home Health RN Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Work Hours: 40 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Mileage Reimbursement: as per GSA
Mileage Tracking: The nurses currently start and end at the Home Health office.
Mileage is paid for travel to the first patient from the office, ending with the return to the office.
On Call- the on call would be every two weeks, Friday to Friday.
Most cases can be managed without a visit, although pronouncements would need a visit.
Coverage Area:visits are primarily in Newcastle and Upton.
The visits would be clustered based on the town traveling to that day.
If you mean types of cases, primarily basic medical and ortho cases, some wound care.
