Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: Greensboro, NC 27409 (On-Site)

Job Duration: 4+ months with possibilities of extension

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours (Days)

Coverage Area: Guilford County
On-Call / Weekend Requirement: 2 on-call rotations per contract

Productivity Expectations: 30 points

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes – reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Top Responsibilities

• Caring for patients in their home to prevent hospitalizations

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Home Health (HH) experience
• HCHB experience
• Licensed RN in NC

Occupational Health Screening: Yes

Dress Code: Scrubs (no specific color)
