Registered Nurse - Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Complete patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, and overall health maintenance.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home health nursing experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.

• Assignment Length: 13-week contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Coverage Areas: Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland Counties
• Location: Fayetteville, NC
• Pay Range: $52.00-$55.00/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: No mileage reimbursement between patient visits
