Description

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment with a leading healthcare organization in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting while working independently across the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the assigned coverage area.
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation.
  • Accurately document patient visits using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
  • Previous Home Health Field RN experience required.
  • Experience completing OASIS assessments required.
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.

Job Details

  • Location: Corpus Christi, TX
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Pay Rate: $53-$57/hour
  • Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
  • Schedule: Day shifts
  • Coverage Area: Corpus Christi, Driscoll, Alice, Kingsville, and Premont, TX
  • On-Call: Preferred one week every six weeks
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
