    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Shift: Days
    Hours Per Week: 40 hours

    Hiring range: Starting at $36.67 hourly 

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

    Location: Outpatient Mental Health. This position is Monday- Friday and includes no holidays or weekends 

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs initial and on-going bio-psychosocial assessments according to accepted standards of nursing practice.  Provides in-person services to adult and youth populations.
    • Participates in treatment team conferences to assist in planning and revising goals, objectives and interventions appropriate to the age-related and problem-specific needs of each patient
    • Evaluates patient's response to interventions and revises nursing plan of care as needed. Collaborates with the treatment team to revise goals, objectives and interventions appropriate to the changes in patient status.
    • Compliance with medication management policies, including medication ordering, administration, storage and documentation.
     

    Education, Training & Experience:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

    Certifications / Licensure:

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
