    Description

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

    $38–$42 per hour | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
    Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
    Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
    Rotation: Every Other Weekend
    Location: 20611 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44117

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night-shift team at our Substance Use Disorder Residential & Detox Facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals navigating substance use and behavioral health challenges while helping create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

    As an RN, you will assess patient needs, administer medications, monitor changes in physical and behavioral health, respond to urgent situations, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

    Whether you are an experienced behavioral health nurse or a new graduate RN looking to build your career, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while receiving training, mentorship, and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized, patient-centered care plans.
    • Monitor patients closely for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral health.
    • Safely and accurately administer medications in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Follow established detoxification protocols and monitor patients throughout the withdrawal process.
    • Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly and appropriately to emergent situations.
    • Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.
    • Delegate responsibilities appropriately while maintaining accountability for quality patient care.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
    • Communicate important patient updates, concerns, and changes in condition clearly and promptly.
    • Educate and orient patients and families regarding treatment, recovery, medications, and facility expectations.
    • Promote patient dignity, independence, safety, and rights throughout the treatment process.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation.
    • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
    • Provide compassionate support to patients as they take meaningful steps toward recovery.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
    • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • Strong communication, organization, assessment, and clinical judgment skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health and substance use treatment environment.
    • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, dignity, safety, and professional standards.
