    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN PRN Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, on a PRN, contract and hourly basis. 

     

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    - Deliver patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

    - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

    - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

    - Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.

    - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

    - Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.

    - Adhere to infection control and safety standards.

     

    **Qualifications:**

    - Current RN license in good standing.

    - Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

    - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

    - Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different healthcare settings.

    - CPR/BLS certification.
