What Youll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients.
- Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately.
- Use the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple patient needs during peak times.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Document patient information thoroughly and accurately.
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of related nursing experience
- Proficiency in computer and software applications
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Good judgment and interpersonal skills
Preferred:- Certification in clinical specialty areas
- Experience in emergency or acute care settings
