What Youll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to ER patients, utilizing the nursing process effectively
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Delegate tasks appropriately and manage resources efficiently
- Embrace safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
- Support patient education on treatments and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
What You Need- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of emergency or critical care nursing experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
