What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ER patients, utilizing the nursing process effectively
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Delegate tasks appropriately and manage resources efficiently
• Embrace safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
• Support patient education on treatments and procedures
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of emergency or critical care nursing experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
