What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations in an ER setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge needs and health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

What You Need
Required:

• Florida RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
• Additional certifications in clinical specialties
