What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients and families, respecting privacy and cultural diversity
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ER environment
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and hospital policies
What You Need
Required:
Valid Florida RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Proficiency with clinical software and electronic health records
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
Additional specialty certifications in emergency or critical care nursing
