What You’ll Do:

• Provide efficient, compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions using the nursing process
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Manage patient care resources, delegate tasks, and coordinate with team members
• Document clinical information accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to current laws, regulations, and hospital policies governing healthcare delivery
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, following OSHA and infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS
• Strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills
• Ability to adapt behavior for diverse patient populations
