What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in electronic health records
- Remain compliant with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
What You Need
Required:- Current Mississippi RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and demonstrate sound judgment
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:- Certification in clinical specialty area
